Say, thirty minutes every day, such as washing your car, mowning the lawn, taking a brisk walk, jogging, swimming or cycling. By doing these things every day, you will be on your way of losing the calories that are stored in your body that causes fat buildup.

Start Being Healthy

If you have mastered the three tips above, you are now on your way of having a healthy living. Start eating healthy foods, such as vegetables and fruits. You may also need to eat food that increase the level of fiber in your body. Start avoiding too fatty and oily foods that can cause the buildup of fats again. Most importantly, avoid added sugar like sucrose and high fructose corn syrup like the plauge.

These are some of the tips on how to lose lovehandles, while building your body muscles. You don’t have to worry about anything, because these tips are very easy to do.
