How to lose love handles might be the hardest part of your weight loss journey. “Love handles” are stubborn fats that are located above the hips. Some say they’re aptly named for being convinient handles to pull when making love.

Remember though, that because you don’t have the ability to target those deposits of fats, you can always focus on building your muscles around your body, as this will help you to get rid of those fats that can cause love handles. Love handle exercises that solely target the waist sadly don’t excist.
As part of your home gym exercises, you can do an ab exercise called hanging leg raises one to two times per week, as this will help you strenghten the muscle around your belly and tummy. This abs exercise is one of the most effective ab exercises that I do myself, and I highly recommend it if you want that model six-pack this summer.
Your goal in a workout program should not only be to lose weight, but also build and strenghten the muscles throughout your entire body. One of my favorite ways to work out is using the Turbulence Training system.
3. Cardiovascular Exercise. Doing cardiovascular exercises can also help you in losing the love handles above your hips. You could do cardiovascular exercise for thirty minutes every day, such as jogging, swimming or cycling.
Byt I don’t really like doing boring cardio myself, so instead I include fitness “life hacks” into my days: It’s easy; take stairs instead of elevators and walk whenever you can instead of motorized transportation.
By doing these things every day, you will be effectively trimming those unwanted fatcells that are stored in your body. You want to lose that waist, don’t you?
4. Start Being Healthy. If you have mastered the three tips above, you are now on your way to live a healthy life. You can get rid of love handles by eating healthy foods, such as vegetables and fruits. You may also want to eat products that can increase the level of fiber in your body. Start avoiding suger as the plauge, because those sweets can quickly cause the buildup of love handles again.
These are some of the tips on how to lose love handles. You don’t have to worry about hours of exercise and strict diets. These tips are very easy to do. If you’re willing to not only diet to lose love handles, but also to work out, then you should have that slim waist long before summer and beach season.
