  1. I’m not sure if there’s a difference of results based on flavour – but better tasting will probably make sure that you take it :) Just make sure the flavoured ones don’t contain a lot of sugar.

  2. I have been using Optimum Nutrition Double Choc for a few years…very yummy and produces results for me.

    Since there are many different type of flavored protein powders on the market, what are you thoughts on the flavour vs results gained? would a non-flavoured powder produce better results?
