    Organic foods taste better and are my preference.

    I see cattle grazing in my neck of the woods and they are not fat, they are very lean. The natural way to raise cattle is always the best way.

    I’m amazed at the calorie difference between grass and corn fed beef. Personally I much prefer the former, which is more usual in the UK.
