It’s January and the majority of us are making/have made the New Year’s resolution to lose weight.
Why not utilize technology and use an online weight loss management tool? I’ve reviewed a few (because I need one too) to see who can help me to reduce weight and give me sound diet tips and tools to keep it off. Jenny Craigs program being one of them.

Jenny Craigs online tools include planners for activities and recipes, a progress tracker and an online journal. Offline you have weekly appointments with your weight-loss consultant about your progress (either at their office or on the phone), and your program will be customized for your specific needs, including food allergies and lifestyle.
One downside is that you’re required to buy their food. Which can get expensive.
After researching the program, I guess it all depends on what it is that you’re looking for in your weight loss plan. While I like the idea of having a face-to-face meeting with my weight loss consultant and other members of the program, I don’t like the idea of having to buy food from them.
I don’t want to have to do that for the rest of my life and losing weight is all about making a lifestyle change, and learning new ways to cook and eat is part of that.
After taking a close look at Jenny Craig I’ve decided to keep on searching. It’s important for me to find something that is more convenient. Something that is all online and available when I need it. Something that is going to teach me how to make my weight loss and diet management lifelong. And it wouldn’t hurt to find something with a money back guarantee!
