I’ll create an indepth fitness progress report, documenting what I’ve done the previous month that have impacted my progress (or downfalls) towards any given fitness goals I currently have set for myself. In this report I’ll reveal my vital measurements, as well as my fitness stats and then close of with an evaluation of what I’ve learned and what adjustments I might need to do.
My hope is that when you read these reports, you’ll be inspired that a 35 year old dad, totally out of shape, can turn around and get close to super human fitness. That you’ll learn something that will trigger and help you to reach your own fitness goals.
